Sam Tacheny Enterprises LLC and Tacheny Exteriors LLC, each doing business as Tacheny Exteriors (collectively, “Tacheny,” “Tacheny Exteriors,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you:

• request, schedule, or receive our services in Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Arizona (the“Services”);
• communicate with us by phone, text message, email, web form, chat, or in person.

By using our Website or Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties that operate independently of us, including third-party financing companies, product manufacturers, or any website that may be linked from our Website.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

We collect the information you give us directly, including:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mobile and other phone numbers
• Service address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• Mailing address (if different)
• Project details (roof type, age and condition of home, scope of work, photos you submit)
• Communication preferences
• Information you provide when you respond to surveys, leave reviews, apply for financing through our partners, or submit a job application

We collect mobile phone numbers through web forms, online chat, calendar booking tools, in- person consultations, and direct request. If you opt in, we use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, service updates, follow-ups, and (with your separate marketing consent) promotional offers. See Section 3.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Website, we automatically collect:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, click paths, and referring/exit pages
• Date and time of your visit, error logs, and clickstream data
• Mouse movements, keystrokes, navigation pathways, and other interactions, where session-replay or analytics tools are deployed

We collect this information through cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 6.

C. Information from Third Parties

• Lead-generation platforms, advertising networks, and referral partners
• Customer relationship management (CRM), scheduling, and communications providers
• Public records, property data services, and demographic information providers
• Social media platforms when you interact with our pages or click our ads

3. SMS Messaging Communications (A2P 10DLC)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Tacheny Exteriors Customer Communications, our SMS messaging program.

Types of Messages

Transactional / informational: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, on-the-way notifications, project updates, post-installation follow-ups, warranty and service reminders, and customer-care responses.
Marketing / promotional (separate opt-in required): seasonal offers, promotions, new-service announcements, and customer-loyalty messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project status and engagement, typically 1–10 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program you opted out of. You may also opt out by emailing privacy@mytacheny.com or calling 651-484-1466 (MN/WI) or 480-618-7141 (AZ).

We process opt-out requests promptly and in any event within ten (10) business days, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Communications Commission rules.

Rejoining

If you have opted out and would like to start receiving messages again, sign up through any of our forms or text START to the number that previously messaged you.

Consent

Consenting to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from us or to do business with us.
• Opt-in occurs through web forms, web chat, calendar booking, written form, or direct verbal request, with separate consent for transactional and marketing messages.
• We retain consent records securely for at least four (4) years.

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our Services (such as our CRM, SMS messaging provider, and customer-service vendors) is permitted solely to deliver the Services. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers and subcontractors who support us, including CRM platforms (such as AccuLynx and GoHighLevel), SMS messaging providers, payment processors, scheduling tools, communications tools, analytics providers, and advertising platforms
Trade partners and installation crews assigned to perform your project
Manufacturers and product partners for warranty registration and technical support related to products installed at your property
Financing partners if you apply for financing through our website (you will be subject to those partners’ separate terms and privacy practices)
Professional advisors such as attorneys, auditors, and accountants, subject to obligations of confidentiality
Government bodies and regulators when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety; or to prevent fraud or abuse
A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business

Mobile information carve-out. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We do not share text-messaging opt-in data with any third party other than aggregators and providers of our text-messaging services, and only for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

A. Rights Available to All U.S. Residents

• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law)

C. California “Shine the Light” Notice

D. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a privacy-rights request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain accurate business records, comply with legal obligations (including TCPA recordkeeping for at least four years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the internet will be free from unauthorized access.
